Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to assist with the installation and maintenance of electrical systems in data center facilities. This role is contract-to-hire, offering full benefits, PTO, and holidays once converted. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, technically proficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical system installations and upgrades, including high-voltage panels, power distribution, and commercial wiring.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to accurately implement electrical layouts.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety policies.
• Conduct daily Job Site Assessments (JSA) and participate in toolbox meetings.
