Envision Physician Services is seeking a visionary Site Medical Director to lead clinical care at CommUnityCare and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of community health . Responsibilities :

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for urgent care services across two urgent care locations
• Ensure high standards of patient care, clinical quality, and patient safety in alignment with CommUnityCare's mission
• Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team including physicians, and APPs
• Monitor clinical performance metrics and patient satisfaction scores to drive improvement initiatives
• Serve as a liaison between medical staff and executive leadership, advocating for both patient care and provider needs
