Where you will work : This position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% remote and is based out of the Sun Prairie, WI office locations.

The contributions you will make :

Provides leadership to the Lending Operations team who is responsible for delivering high quality client service to support the effective delivery of credit and financial products and services to current and prospective clients. You will directly and indirectly manage all team members within the assigned areas of responsibility and assistin the establishment and development of policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure Compeer provides strong client relationships that follow Compliance and FCA regulations.

The actual title and base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as : training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for variable compensation and other benefits.

Base Pay $103,100—$156,400 USD
