Position Overview
At AES, we raise the quality of life around the world by transforming how data and energy work together. We are seeking a Data Center Associate Developer to assist in the development of state?of?the?art data center facilities within AESs growing portfolio. This position is ideal for candidates passionate about infrastructure, renewable energy, and technology, looking to build a career in project development. As an Associate Developer, you will support senior team members through all phases of project development, including site identification, land acquisition, permitting, engineering coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

This position resides within AESs project development group and collaborates with cross?functional teams across permitting, engineering, finance, legal, and construction. The role may be hybrid?based near one of AESs office locations (Louisville, CO; Houston, TX; Salt Lake City, UT) or remote, depending on business needs. Successful candidates must be able to contribute independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, growth?oriented environment. The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $87,000 and $104,550 / annual; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job?related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements such as annual bonus, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, life, financial, and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an at?will position and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors.
