It's a new day with a new opportunity at 8am!

As a Senior Content Strategist on our Content Strategy team, you’ll work closely with the Search Optimization and Web teams to create on- and off-page content that helps us rank on Search Engine Results Pages (SERP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI overviews. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of producing SEO-optimized content and contributing to social and knowledge-sharing channels like Reddit and Quora. This position requires a high level of creativity and organization, as well as the ability to analyze data to develop and evolve content strategy.

What You’ll Do

Content Strategy and Development

  • Work alongside our Search Optimization team to develop and execute a content strategy that drives search performance and visibility
  • Write, edit, and optimize long-form and short-form content, including blogs, knowledge base articles, and off-site contributions
  • Ensure all content is aligned with brand voice, value propositions, and audience intent
  • Monitor AI trends, search algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to craft content that ranks effectively and boosts organic growth
  • Provide input to help craft metadata and structured content (such as meta descriptions, alt text, and summaries) that improve search visibility and clarity

Search Optimization

  • Craft content for discoverability in AI-powered results like Google’s AI Overviews, Bing Copilot, and other LLM outputs.
  • Contribute to online communities (e.g., Reddit, Quora) and support programs that help us distribute relevant content in organic, non-promotional ways.
  • Repurpose and syndicate content for visibility across diverse platforms, including third-party publications and expert roundups.
  • Analysis and Communication

  • Create content performance objectives and key results, measure progress, and communicate results regularly
  • Continuously monitor results, identify gaps, and prioritize new opportunities based on data-driven insights
  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks that showcase content impact across search engines and AI platforms, highlighting wins and opportunities
  • About You

  • Preferred minimum of 5 years experience writing for a B2B, legal, or accounting audience
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and tactics, including SEO and web analytics
  • Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
  • The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with community management programs or contributing in Reddit
  • Strong copywriting, grammar, and proofreading skills
  • Experience using generative AI and other emerging technologies
