Drive TM principles and methodology across medium to large regional or global initiatives.
Lead and develop training materials to support change and transition.
Act as content provider for training materials related to transition management.
Facilitate trainings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement, adoption analysis, and after action reviews from an employee experience perspective.
In addition, TM to provide insight on employee experience for the change to the project team.
Develop the TM communication strategy and communication plan for specific initiatives to generate momentum.
Raise awareness and influence behaviors across the organization.
Align on best practices with other Transition Managers and stay abreast of external best practices through active participation in Global TM network, forums, etc.
Act as an internal consultant on transition management strategy / deliverables for regional or global strategic change initiatives.
Create materials for communications, risk impact, organizational readiness, etc.

Windows Modern Management global implementation of new modern management solution on all PCs at Nike, Inc.
Build comprehensive TM plan, org readiness, comms and training plan for new modern management solution.
Identify and analyze key stakeholder groups and comms plan related to the various impacted stakeholders.
VPN solution build integrated TM plan with Modern management to make sure messaging and experience are communicated in aligned narrative.
