This position is based in Lake City, FL

Your Role as a Physical Therapist Assistant :

• Provide in-home therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients in regaining mobility, strength, and independence in a safe and familiar environment.
• Follow individualized treatment plans based on the Physical Therapist's evaluation.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques to support recovery.
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the care team.
