Responsibilities
- Planning, scheduling, and overseeing daily crew activities.
- Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial landscape and winter maintenance projects.
- Proactively communicating with customers and providing recommendations for improvement to their properties.
- Conducting quality inspections.
- Supporting the renewal process by providing outstanding customer service.
- Generating customer solutions that are creative and align with the company's brand image.
Requirements
3 years' experience in the landscape management industry as a field-level manager.Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite programs (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).Good written and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications
Aptitude in Aspire Field Management Software.The ability to speak fluent Spanish.An understanding of EOS.A PMP or comparable experience.Benefits
