Responsibilities

• Planning, scheduling, and overseeing daily crew activities.
• Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial landscape and winter maintenance projects.
• Proactively communicating with customers and providing recommendations for improvement to their properties.
• Conducting quality inspections.
• Supporting the renewal process by providing outstanding customer service.
• Generating customer solutions that are creative and align with the company's brand image.
