Job Title: Data Coordinator
Location: 11800 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA (90025)
Shift: Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duration: 13 weeks / 3+ Months

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Coordinator to support clinical research efforts. This role is responsible for coordinating data collection, ensuring data accuracy, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting study audits.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage clinical research data
Design and develop data collection forms
Collect, abstract, and enter study data accurately
Generate project-related reports
Conduct data searches and perform general administrative tasks
Support audit preparation and compliance reviews
Train research staff on data collection protocols as needed
Perform basic statistical analyses (if applicable)

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data coordination or a related field
Proficiency in data management software and tools
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field
