What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the logistics and distribution location in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit points for personnel and vehicles, checking for proper identification and documentation as required by site procedures. Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and / or suspicious activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols. Support access control measures to help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas within the logistics and distribution facility. Work closely with site management and other team members to provide a security-related presence throughout the location and assist in maintaining order and operational flow. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
