  • Average 16-22 patients per day

  • EMR : EClinicalworks
  • Staff : Another MD and NP, front office, RN, LVN s, MA s
  • Will our provider be required to supervise : No
  • Credentialing Timeframe : 1-2 week
  • Requirements : Board certified / eligible, CA license, DEA, BLS
