Compensation : $20 - $28 hourly
Responsibilities :
Perform rough framing tasks on properties affected by water, fire, mold, and moreExecute cabinet installations with precision and expertiseSkillfully handle finish carpentry work, including meticulous finish trimCarry out minor electrical repairs as neededConduct minor plumbing repairs to ensure property functionalityExpertly install siding, windows, and doors on various propertiesMaster the art of interior door installations for a polished finishProficiently handle drywall installations and finishing touchesCapable of performing painting tasks, though it is preferred, but not mandatoryEfficiently manage window and door board-ups when requiredSecure properties with roof tarps as part of restoration effortsWillingly take on additional tasks as necessaryQualifications :
