Tax Manager - International Compliance Responsibilities :

• Manage the preparation and review of U.S. international tax compliance filings, including Forms 5471 and 8858.
• Perform and review GILTI and FDII calculations to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Oversee documentation and analysis for international tax projects and planning initiatives.
• Support implementation and maintenance of global tax strategies and compliance processes.
• Conduct data gathering, analysis, and reconciliations related to U.S. international reporting and tax provisions.
• Partner with internal finance, accounting, and legal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in international tax reporting.
• Contribute to special projects such as acquisition due diligence and integration.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance accuracy.

Qualifications :

$120,000 - $150,000
