Associate Attorney / Future Partner Opportunity

Associates handle all phases of litigation and participate in marketing, with no billable hours. Experience is not required. We provide training and have a mentorship program to support your growth within the Firm.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 annually , based upon experience and qualifications. Your role as an Associate Attorney

As a Full-Time Associate Attorney at Perdue Brandon in Lubbock, Texas, you will play a pivotal role in our legal team by reviewing and drafting essential legal documents such as pleadings, notices, discovery, judgments, and legal memorandum. Your responsibilities will include managing court dockets in surrounding counties, making court appearances, advising clients on tax matters, communicating with taxpayers and attorneys, assisting with appellate matters, marketing, attending local evening / weekend events and statewide conferences.

Collaborating closely with our dedicated staff on various litigation activities, you will expertly calendar and monitor all deadlines, providing timely and effective advice to clients. Clear communication with opposing attorneys and clients will be vital as it reflects our core values of integrity and excellence.
