Building a network of innovative, patient-centered GME communities Historic Nashville, capital city of Tennessee, is also known as Music City as it is home to the Grand Ole Opry, the epicenter of the country music industry. This is on display throughout the bustling downtown area where you can find the Country Music Hall of Fame and live music on every corner. Nashville is home to several higher learning institutions including the prestigious Vanderbilt University, Belmont University including Thomas F. Frist, Jr College of Medicine. Downtown (as well as local neighborhoods) offer many unique dining experiences. Other attractions include the Nashville Symphony and Ballet and the Frist Art Museum. Nashville is also a great place for sports enthusiasts to enjoy NFL’s Tennessee Titans, NHL’s Nashville Predators and MLS' Nashville Soccer Club. Job Summary :
TriStar Skyline Neuroscience Associates is seeking a general neurologist with interest in teaching residents for their outpatient clinic in Nashville, Tennessee.
Qualified Candidates :
- ABMS BC / BE adult neurologist to do 100% outpatient practice in partnership with Skyline Neuroscience Associates
- Subspecialty interest can potentially be accommodated, but the position is intended to be general neurology
- EEG, EMG, and LP skills will be considered but not required
- No weekends or night call required
- Willingness to supervise and teach neurology residents in their continuity clinics at least three afternoons per week
- Prior teaching / academic experience, and / or substantial neurology practice experience is preferred
