Collect rent and manage property budgets, expenses and financial reports. Coordinate routine maintenance and emergency repairs through work orders. Ensure the property complies with local, state and federal laws and regulations. Address tenants concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Supervise maintenance staff.
