Position Overview :

Communiboost  We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team as soon as possible. In this fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations by performing various administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm welcome and directing them to the appropriate department.

Salary Range : $15.50 - $24.00 hourly

Location : Houston,TX

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Greeting clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and physical mail.
  • Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as necessary.
  • Filing and organizing documents to ensure easy access and retrieval.
  • Assisting with data entry and updating office databases and records.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
