Position Summary :

We're hiring a Director of Quality Assurance and Clinical Education  to lead training, quality, and performance improvement efforts in out Fort Myers, FL location. If you are a skilled and experienced Home Health RN who is passionate about education and driving clinical quality, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead QA and clinical education programs across the agency
• Oversee OASIS documentation and clinical compliance training
• Collaborate with leadership and compliance teams to improve patient outcomes
• Mentor, coach, and develop clinical staff
