American Workforce Group  has partnered with a locally owned earthwork and septic contractor company in Olympia, WA  to hire a skilled working field manager.

Description for Working Field Manager :

Lead a small team and supervise subcontractors on job sites

Work hands-on in excavation, dirt work, and septic system installation

Interpret project blueprints and ensure safe, timely job completion

Maintain a productive and positive job site atmosphere

Must be comfortable testing, and working around septic systems 70% of the time

Managing production

Sales experience and customer service skills

Office skills and application understanding

Details for Working Field Manager :

Pay :  $54,000 / yearly

Schedule :  Monday-Friday

Shift Hours :  Day shift

Requirements for Working Field Manager :

Lifting 75lbs+ regularly

Experience in excavation and septic system installation
