As a senior or lead accountant on the Corporate HR Systems and Control team, you'll manage and oversee the financial aspects of our HR department. In this role, you'll analyze and model expenses, budget, forecast, and conduct financial accounting. You'll provide critical control oversight for our health and benefits plan spending and offer detailed trend analysis to identify and understand the factors driving these expenses. You'll hypothesize the causes of changes in expenses, and extract, manipulate, and combine data to support your conclusions. By maintaining and managing the companywide benefits accruals, you'll also coordinate the benefits allocation process, track and report on benefits expenses, and handle all purchase orders and invoicing. Additionally, you'll prepare and post payroll-related journal entries, perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations for payroll and benefits accounts, and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
This is a hybrid role located in Mayfield Village, OH.
