Client Care Representative

Location : Omaha, Nebraska (On-Site)

Status : Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Schedule : Shifts range from 7 : 00am10 : 00pm, Day and Evening Shifts available, must be available 1 weekend day

Position Summary :

We're looking for a Client Care Representative to join our Omaha-based Call Center Customer Service team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience whether over the phone, via email, or through chat.

You'll handle a high volume of inbound calls, schedule consultations for 400+ clinics nationwide, and support existing clients with appointment and account needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced contact center environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Your responsibilities will include :

Client Communication & Call Center Support

  • Respond to inbound calls, texts, emails, and chat inquiries from existing clients
  • Provide personalized, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer support
  • Confidently answer questions and guide potential clients to book consultations
  • Build strong relationships with clinic teams and internal departments

Operational Excellence

  • Follow dynamic scripting and standard operating procedures for quality consistency
  • Schedule appointments accurately across all clinic locations
  • Maintain proper documentation and follow-up to ensure issue resolution
  • Uphold call center standards for professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Performance & Productivity

  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals
  • Balance speed and quality while managing a high volume of interactions
  • Prioritize workload effectively to deliver responsive client support
  • Growth and Innovation

  • Embrace new initiatives and process enhancements
  • Provide feedback on client trends and improvement opportunities
  • Participate in ongoing call center pilot programs and business tests

  • Engage in coaching sessions and performance reviews
  • Apply feedback to continually improve communication and service delivery
  • Participate actively in development and team-building opportunities
  • To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet all the following requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (Call Center experience preferred)
  • Strong multitasking skills, able to manage phone, chat, and email simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Passion for helping clients and interest in the aesthetics industry
  • Ability to type at least 60 words per minute
