Summary :

Provides essential leadership to the department members; coordinates the allocation of staff and other resources; facilitates the ongoing achievement of the departments mission and goals; promotes the development and improvement of processes directed at delivering high-quality, secure healthcare.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinates the allocation of staff on a day-to-day basis to ensure the delivery of appropriate service by competent staff as defined by experience, education, and skill.

Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications

In accordance with the CHRISTUS Health License, Certification and Registration Verification Policy, all Associates are required to obtain the required certifications for their respective positions within the designated time frame.

Work Schedule : 5 Days - 8 Hours
