We're seeking a director of marketing technologya visionary product and engineering leader with deep expertise in marketing platforms, a passion for engineering excellence, and the ability to inspire teams to deliver transformative solutions. This role leads the strategy, delivery, and support of marketing technology solutions that drive customer engagement and business growth. You'll collaborate across functions to define a technology roadmap aligned with Starbucks' marketing objectives, while fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Lead cross-functional engineering and product teams supporting customer segmentation, campaign automation, offer management, and content platforms.
• Partner with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals and drive measurable outcomes.
• Define and communicate the vision and roadmap for marketing technology and enterprise architecture.
• Anticipate future technology needs and guide strategic planning accordingly.
