Job Description
The Director of Strategic Threat Intelligence will serve as the senior leader of the Intelligence Team. This is a pivotal role for a strategic thinker and proven leader who excels in high-stakes environments.
You will be responsible for steering the strategic and operational execution of the threat intelligence and investigative services. By integrating OSINT, All-Source, and Dark Web methodologies, you will proactively identify, assess, and mitigate threats to protect corporate clients' personnel, assets, and operations on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead & Inspire : Manage, mentor, and develop a team of high-performing intelligence analysts, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
- Protective Intelligence and Operational Excellence : Oversee 24 / 7 protective intelligence services, global event monitoring, and predictive threat assessments to deliver timely, high-quality client reporting.
- Guide Critical Investigations : Lead investigative efforts into threat actors and incidents, ensuring intelligence findings shape broader security strategies.
- Engage with Clients : Serve as a key expert and point of contact, developing customized intelligence programs and presenting findings to ensure client success and retention.
- Evolve Our Capabilities : Champion the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to keep the team at the forefront of the intelligence landscape.
Who You Are :
A strategic leader with 8-12 years of experience in intelligence, investigations, or security operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.Considerable experience in All-Source, OSINT, and dark web collection methodologies, with deep experience in threat assessment and investigative case management.Proficient with industry-leading platforms (e.g., Flashpoint, Dataminr, CLEAR, DarkOwl).An exceptional communicator, able to distill complex analysis into clear, concise, and actionable intelligence for clients and senior leadership.A person of high integrity, trusted to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in International Relations, Political Science, Criminal Justice, or a related field.Ready to Lead the Charge?
