Founded in 2001 by Creative Director Joe Dahan, Los Angeles-based Joe's Jeans aims for fit-forward, denim-driven fashion with a distinctive LA sensibility. In 2024, stylist Dani Michelle was named creative director, bringing a creative perspective to the brand. Joe's Jeans emphasizes premium quality, innovative fabrics, and comfortable, authentic denim and apparel that move with customers.
Responsibilities
- Educate the sales team on the store sales plan, personal sales goals, store statistics, and motivate the team to achieve goals
- Consistently achieve and exceed total store goals and KPIs as determined by the Company
- Partner with corporate teams to build relationships and events to drive traffic and sales
- Identify business trends and respond quickly to business needs
- Create a customer service-focused environment by applying best practices in service, sales generation, and outreach
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively working on the sales floor
- Develop and maintain store clienteling processes and ensure associate participation
- Develop knowledge of Company history, brand aesthetic, philosophy, and products to support sales generation
- Ensure the sales floor meets merchandising, visual presentation, and housekeeping standards
- Direct and supervise daily activities of management, sales, and stock teams
- Provide recognition and constructive feedback to team members to encourage growth
- Develop internal talent and build a strong candidate bench for future leadership
- Network with and interview external talent on an ongoing basis
- Manage operational processes related to merchandise management, security, loss prevention, and facility maintenance
- Ensure compliance with Company standards on merchandising, safety, functionality, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain neat and organized stockroom and receiving areas for safe, efficient product access
- Communicate with corporate partners on product flow and inventory needs
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment and product needs with the corporate team
- Manage inventory audits and address discrepancies
- Facilitate the communication of Company information to associates

5+ years of managerial experience in a customer-service-focused retail environmentAbility to analyze selling reports, identify trends, and respond quickly to drive salesAbility to interpret policies to resolve customer and employee issuesExperience with POS systems, including inventory managementStrong management, interpersonal and communication skillsAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Outlook, Excel, and WordExcellent written and verbal communicationExcellent time management skillsSalary and Benefits
Salary Range : $26.00-$39.00 per hour
Base salary is part of a total compensation package, which may include commission, bonus, and Centric Brands sponsored benefits. Centric Brands is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
