Botox injections for spasticity management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses : Active VT license (or ability to obtain)

Board : Board Certified in Physiatry preferred (Neurology, Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology)

DEA : Active DEA Certification

Certifications : BLS

Experience : Experience with botox for spasticity management preferred

Other Qualifications : Ability to practice independently

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide outpatient spasticity management

Perform botox injections for appropriate patient cases

Maintain clinic workflow two days per week

Collaborate with existing physiatry program

Document accurately in Epic EMR
