Amentum is seeking an Asset Coordinator to join our Operations & Maintenance team. The Asset Coordinator is responsible for the prioritization of work based on the needs of the client and for the on-time completion of all work, as well as all documentation involved. Asses and / or schedules needed maintenance to ensure proper safety, sanitation, and mechanical functions for the facility including grounds and equipment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Make visits to worksites to obtain information on facility / site conditions to support the development of appropriate remedial actions.
• Coordinate all elevator maintenance required to properly maintain Intel Campus facilities and grounds.
• Establishes and maintains a reliable network of outside vendors and suppliers to ensure cost effective and timely support of the maintenance function.
• Evaluate maintenance requests, set priorities, and process work assignments with appropriate management team or through outside vendors.
• Establishes and communicates the level of quality and safety expected in the performance of maintenance tasks.
• Monitor ongoing maintenance work to check vendor progress and verify compliance with plans and specifications.
• Help to coordinate price evaluation for material purchases and contract proposals and recommendations regarding the adequacy of contractor bids in terms of technical / financial and soundness / appropriateness.
