Our entertainment client is seeking Product Manager to join our Commerce Experience team, with a focus on optimizing the guest journey from shopping to booking across digital touchpoints. This role centers on defining and delivering high-impact product features that enhance the guest experience and drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate has a strong background in consumer-facing digital products—preferably within e-commerce or travel—and a keen eye for experience design.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for features supporting shopping and booking flows.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and data teams to translate user insights into product requirements.
- Manage backlogs and sprint planning in Jira and document product strategy and decisions in Confluence.
- Define and track key product metrics to inform prioritization and iteration.
- Use tools like ContentSquare to analyze user behavior and identify friction points in the guest journey.
- Partner with UI / UX Designers to ensure guest-facing features are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with Disney’s brand standards.
Requirements :
5–6 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer-facing digital products.Proven ability to work cross-functionally in agile environments.Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence required.Background in e-commerce, hospitality, or travel technology is highly preferred.Strong understanding of UI / UX principles and experience collaborating closely with design teams.Familiarity with tools like ContentSquare, Figma would be "nice to have"
