About the Role

We’re looking for a Clinical Supervisor to join our team and provide supportive and skillful supervision to our associate therapists. This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who is excited about mentoring, reviewing clinical work, and helping new therapists grow in skill and confidence. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours.

What You’ll Do

• Provide weekly clinical supervision to associate therapists (about 2 hours per week)
• Review clinical documentation, treatment plans, and intake assessments (about 3 hours per week)
• Be available for occasional clinical emergencies (rare)
• Maintain supervision notes and documentation in line with CA BBS requirements
