Care Support Representative

A company is looking for a Care Support Representative to assist with daily interactions with providers and partners regarding patient referrals.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support via phone, email, and chat

Escalate and triage issues as necessary

Resolve non-clinical service questions and issues efficiently

Required Qualifications

Customer-facing experience in a call center, pharmacy, medical office, or fast-paced startup

Service mindset with empathy and clear communication

Proactive problem-solving abilities

Ability to thrive in a semi-structured and dynamic work environment

BA / BS degree preferred
