Family Practice - Without OB Physician

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)

Salary : $300K + Bonus + call pay

Bonus = 40% of gross charges totaling over $420K

Sign on Bonus : $160K day 1

Call paid $125.00 Hr.

CME - $5K +days

Residency Stipend : $30K per year

Retention bonus - 5% of annual salary

Vacation - 6 weeks annually

Holidays - 6 days annually

Relocation - $12K

Health, Dental, Life, Long-Term Disability, FICA - SS and Medicare

403 (b), Retirement plan 5% of salary

Malpractice and Tail RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM)

Clinic 8am-5pm M-F

Call rotation 1 : 5 - IP / ER

No OB required "but" is an option if interested - (C-sections)

Skilled Nursing Facility / Swing beds QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM)

BC or BE within 1 year of employment COMMUNITY Family Medicine (FM)

NO STATE TAX - South Dakota
