IT Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Project Manager to join our Enterprise IT team. This role is responsible for managing and delivering multiple complex IT and enterprise application projects across a diverse portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, a deep understanding of various project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), and a track record of successfully leading projects with budgets exceeding $1 million from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent IT and enterprise application projects through the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure).
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, project sponsors, technical teams, and business users to ensure clear understanding of project goals, scope, and expectations.
• Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and ensure proper escalation and resolution.
• Monitor project performance to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, and project updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
• Ensure projects adhere to the delivery standards, governance, audit controls, and methodologies.
• Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project coordinators.
