A company is looking for a U.S. Licensed Counsel, Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts and assist in contract lifecycle management

Implement and monitor internal compliance policies, conducting audits to support adherence to global standards

Conduct legal research, manage legal templates, and liaise with external counsel on compliance and contract-related matters

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) with U.S. bar admission

2+ years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house environment

Strong drafting and negotiation skills, particularly in commercial agreements

Familiarity with regulatory compliance topics such as data privacy and anti-bribery

Experience in legal research and cross-functional collaboration
