Salary : $90,000 - $120,000

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and compassionate Neurology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to join our team. As a Neurology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with neurological disorders, including epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and other neurological conditions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients while working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including medication management and non-pharmacologic interventions
• Conduct regular follow-up visits to monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide education and support
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure a multidisciplinary approach
• Provide patient and family education on disease management, medications, and lifestyle modifications
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize patient care delivery
• Perform comprehensive assessments to accurately diagnose and treat patients with neurological conditions
