Responsibilities
Receive inbound customer calls and emailsProvide product information(including researching), process orders, pack and ship orders, problem resolutionUse best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customersDocument all customer interactionsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Qualifications
High school diploma / GEDPrevious experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferredComfortable using computers and customer management softwareExcellent phone and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of active listening techniquesAbility to work well under pressure and with a teamHighly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
