What You'll Do
As a Home Health Aide , you'll be an essential part of our care team, assisting clients with :
Personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Mobility support, range-of-motion exercises, and light assistance with transfers
Medication reminders and daily wellness checks
Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and maintaining a safe, clean environment
Companionship, emotional support, and meaningful conversation
Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition to the clinical team

What We're Looking For
Active Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or equivalent experience
CPR Certification (preferred)
Reliable transportation and a strong sense of responsibility
