Mental Health Tech (MHT) - $3,250 Hiring Bonus

Responsibilities

Foundations Behavioral Health in Doylestown, PA is seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Technicians to join our team supporting children, adolescents, and young adults with autism, intellectual disabilities, and behavioral challenges.

As an MHT, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, therapeutic environment while helping individuals build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.

This position qualifies for a $3,250 commitment bonus!

We are currently hiring for the following shifts :

Full-time (40hrs / week, every other Saturday and Sunday)

• 3pm-11 : 30pm

Part-time (24hrs / week, every other Saturday and Sunday)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a human services field (e.g., psychology, sociology, counseling, education)

High School diploma / GED plus 2 years of experience (paid or unpaid) in a human services role involving direct contact (e.g., coaching, teaching, case management)
