Columbus Benefits Account Manager
Group Management Services (GMS) is seeking to hire a full time Benefits Account Manager with an aptitude for providing quality client service.
Primary Responsibilities :
In summary, the Benefits Account Manager is responsible for preparation and delivery of Benefits renewals, and meeting retention quotas. They serve as a primary contact for clients to provide daily customer service, to build relationships, and to meet face-to-face as per GMS guidelines.
