Join Northern Virginia's Rapidly Expanding Real Estate Team as a Real Estate Assistant

If you're passionate about real estate and have a sharp attention to detail, we'd love to welcome you to our dynamic, high-performing team in Northern Virginia as a Real Estate Assistant

We proudly partner with Zillow Flex , operate from a state-of-the-art office , and maintain one of the largest social media followings in the DMV region , generating over 10 million monthly views across Instagram and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver vital administrative support and oversee transaction management for our agents
• Coordinate listings, update MLS entries, manage signage, and arrange professional photography
• Maintain timely and clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members
• Schedule and coordinate property showings, inspections, and closings with precision
• Assist with marketing efforts including social media content, email campaigns, and CRM upkeep

Who We're Looking For

Bonus : Work alongside agents who close more than 50 deals annually.
