Responsibilities

• Drive and grow new business revenue through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
• Contact potential clients via cold calls, email, and direct mail to assess insurance needs.
• Explain insurance policy options clearly so clients can make informed purchasing decisions.
• Assist clients with policy applications, underwriting approvals, and renewals.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claim processes and status updates.
• Deliver policy proceeds after claims are approved.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, account management, business development, or marketing preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a reward-driven environment.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred, but not required — we’ll assist the right candidate in obtaining their license.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
