Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing efforts for a high-profile, multi-site client. Focused on enhancing the full workplace experience—from boardroom to break room—you will own the marketing strategy across cafés, markets, and breakrooms. As the dedicated marketing partner, you’ll be responsible for driving sales, deepening employee participation, and aligning marketing activations with broader business objectives. This role requires a strong collaborator who can build cross-functional partnerships, translate insights into impactful programs, and deliver compelling reporting that informs executive-level presentations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Client-Centric Strategy & Execution
  • Lead the development and execution of a holistic marketing strategy tailored to the client’s goals, consumer behaviors, and operational dynamics.
  • Create and manage a quarterly marketing calendar that adapts to real-time trends, business shifts, and customer insights.
  • Use data to optimize initiatives and inform long-term planning and promotions to drive sales.
  • Deliver elevated customer experiences and attract new customers into breakrooms and cafes.
  • Activate events, merchandising, and marketing collateral as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner with operations, culinary, finance, and creative teams to execute initiatives that enhance customer experiences and sales.
  • Foster results-driven collaboration across functions for seamless activation and measurable success.
  • Translate strategy into actionable plans, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.
  • Voice of the Customer (VOC) Strategy
  • Develop and own site-specific VOC programs to capture customer sentiment and behavior.
  • Analyze insights and recommend strategies that influence marketing and operational improvements.
  • Present insights to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Impact Storytelling & Reporting
  • Create visual reports to communicate performance, insights, and recommendations.
  • Provide regular updates through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Share the impact of your work to build trust and inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in client-facing or strategic roles.
  • Strong background in developing marketing strategies in Hospitality.
  • Self-starter with initiative and independence.
  • Proven success in driving profitable growth through marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, visual storytelling, and insight synthesis.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, creative, and collaborative.
  • Experience in food service, hospitality, workplace experience, or retail is a plus.
  • Location : Dallas, TX with potential 50-60% travel.
