Title : Encapsulation Operator B

POSITION OBJECTIVE : Operate machines that compress powders into nutritional supplement tablets machines that fill powders into gelatin and veggie capsules while following cGMP's and SOP's, to prepare tablets for packaging or bulk shipment. The operator is responsible for the quality of the product they produce.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
• A minimum 2 year of equivalent machine operation experience, prior experience in a pharmaceutical / nutraceutical environment, familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment procedures preferred, proven knowledge of high speed, manufacturing equipment, experience with tablet presses, or encapsulation machines required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Knowledge in Bosch / Syntegon3005 Machine, preferred.
• Knowledge of Lockout / Tag out and MSDS, preferred.
