About the Role :

The Associate Attorney will be responsible for :

Managing a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.

Conducting legal research, drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.

Attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.

Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues.

Contributing to case strategy and providing practical legal advice to clients.

Qualifications :

J.D. from an accredited law school.

Active New Mexico Bar license.

1–6 years of civil litigation experience preferred.

Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.

Strong communication and client service orientation.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
