Company Overview : Our client, a prominent leader in the waste management industry, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of their waste management sites. Job Summary : The Site Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the waste management site, including overseeing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing staff, and maintaining safety standards. This role requires a strong leader with experience in site management, a focus on efficiency, and a commitment to environmental stewardship. The ideal candidate will have a background in waste management, logistics, or a related field, and possess excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operational Oversight : Manage daily operations of the waste management site, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and according to company standards.
• Staff Management : Supervise and lead a team of site workers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations, to ensure high levels of productivity and safety.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure the site complies with all local, state, and federal regulations related to waste management and environmental protection, including reporting requirements.
• Safety Management : Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety meetings, and ensure all team members are trained in safe work practices.
• Equipment and Facility Maintenance : Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities, coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure everything is in good working order.
• Budget Management : Develop and manage the site’s budget, monitoring expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Customer Relations : Work closely with customers and clients, addressing any concerns or issues related to site operations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Environmental Stewardship : Promote and implement best practices in environmental management, including waste reduction, recycling, and resource conservation.
• Reporting : Prepare and submit regular reports on site operations, safety, compliance, and financial performance to the Operations Manager.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance site operations, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
