This facility is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

• Call & Requirements : 7 : 30 - 3 : 30p, no call, no weekends. Cases may start as early as 6a.
• Supervision vs Independent : Supervision 1 : 3
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Medaxion
• Certifications required : Board Certification, Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Number of Operating Rooms : To be determined
• License Required or accepting IMLC : Active Illinois License
