Job description

A company is looking for a Client Success Director - Periop and Patient Care Coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Client Success Partners, focusing on accountability and strategic client management

Manage team performance against key metrics and act as an escalation point for complex client issues

Drive expansion opportunities and ensure high client renewal rates by demonstrating measurable value

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management, Consulting, or Client Success in healthcare SaaS

3+ years of experience managing a client-facing or consulting team

Deep knowledge of healthcare operations, particularly in Perioperative Services and Patient Flow

Expertise in navigating complex health system structures and decision-making processes

Demonstrated experience in competitive selling against EMR vendors
