Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Quality Engineer to join our team in Hazelwood MO.

This role will be the Receiving Inspection Team Lead at Davidson in St. Louis; responsible for inspections FAEEs receipts griefs emergent / off hour support of critical receipts.

This position requires a Bachelors degree in one of the following relevant fields of study :

• Engineering
• Computer Science
• Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology)
• Mathematics
• Physics
• Chemistry

Position Responsibilities :

Machine parts first article engineering acceptance sheet metal composite assembly counterfeit electronic parts electrostatic discharge pyrotechnic parts aircraft tire and wheel critical parts tracking system inspections MRB processing and authorization to ship (ATS).

Requesting and updating departmental overtime.

Subject Matter Expert (SME) Responsibilities :

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and / or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
