Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and caring Child and Adolescent and adult therapist ( Psy.D, PH.D., LCSW ) to join our team! This is an opportunity to join an established multi-service outpatient clinic in McLean Virginia. In this role, you will conduct psychological evaluations, diagnose and treat psychological disorders, and assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors through the use of psychotherapeutic methods.
The role can be hybrid of in person and online appointments.

Responsibilities

• Identify psychological, emotional, and behavioral concerns and provide diagnoses
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan, including all medication information
• Consult with primary care physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care is provided
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest professional developments and research

Qualifications

• Ph.D., Psy.D. LCSW with clinical experience of treating patients are welcome to apply
• Deep knowledge of various psychotherapeutic methods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain complex medical psychological concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
• Excellent observational and assessment skills
