Residential Outside Sales Representative

As a Residential Outside Sales Representative at ABC Home and Commercial Services, you will promote and sell our services directly to homeowners. Your role is crucial in expanding our customer base by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that align with our diverse home services. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster strong customer relationships to drive sales growth and achieve company objectives.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Communicate products and service features, advantages, and benefits; identify customer needs and expectations.
• Educate prospects and customers on the value of ABC services.
• Responsible for achieving new sales growth goals and meeting quotas.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships; conduct follow-up phone calls and visits as needed.
• Develop cross-divisional sales opportunities, particularly with Add-On Sales of products and services.
• Complete all documentation accurately and promptly before, during, and after the sales call.
