Director of Enterprise Processes

A company is looking for a Director, Enterprise Process Owner.

Key Responsibilities

Own and improve global enterprise processes, ensuring standardization and efficiency

Collaborate with stakeholders to align process priorities and facilitate change management

Develop documentation and training materials to support process understanding and compliance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in management, business, industrial engineering, or related field; Master's preferred

10+ years of experience in consulting, brand management, or continuous improvement

Hands-on experience in merchandising, planning, or supply chain

Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and data analysis

Strong background in change management and organizational adoption of new systems
